Primitive Photo Resizer is a simple photo retouching tool whose main function is to resize images. Primitive Photo Resizer, for its functionality and because it is really easy to use, is ideal for novice users.

The only thing you have to do to change the size of the images is position the mouse cursor on an edge of an image and drag it to where you want. Also, it`s free, consumes few system resources and doesn`t need installing. It supports the majority of image formats, like JPEG, GIF and BMP. However, remember that Primitive Photo Resizer only works to make the photo smaller, not bigger.
